Great location, clean rooms, helpful staff, and delicious breakfast served. Hotel facilities felt modern and welcoming. The hotel was just off the main road and had ample parking for our vehicle. Being right on the river was a plus as well.

The hotel's proximity to the river provides a serene atmosphere to relax. the sound of the Trancura River can be soothing to the ears. the room and bathroom were clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed. the staff was accommodating and friendly. Breakfast was satisfactory, with a decent selection. the outdoor patio was a nice addition to the room, providing a good view of the lush forest surroundings.

The restaurant did not have enough food portions according to a previous guest's review.

Loved the peace and quiet of the forest environment. the private outdoor patio of our room was perfect for enjoying a glass of wine and listening to the nearby river. the breakfast was delicious and filling, and they even offered gluten-free options. the staff was kind and attentive, offering great recommendations for nearby activities and walks.

The room was not very clean when we arrived. We found spiderwebs and some dirt on the floor.

We had an amazing time at this hotel! The location was absolutely perfect, nestled in a beautiful park with the river just a stone’s throw away. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, offering fantastic tips on nearby activities and helping us to arrange transportation. The breakfast was also a highlight, with plenty of delicious options to choose from. We really appreciated the added convenience of the onsite restaurant, which served up delicious meals and saved us the hassle of driving into the city for dinner.

Our only issue was that the bathroom in our room was not as clean as we would have liked. However, this was a minor inconvenience in an otherwise wonderful stay.
